The retreat is intentionally limited to 10 participants to create a personal, welcoming atmosphere — space for learning, quiet reflection, honest conversation, and real connection with the people around you.

Wake to ocean horizons, take your practice out on deck, and share golden-hour conversations with new friends. Between sessions there's time to rest, reflect, and simply enjoy being at sea. The sailing dates, departure port, itinerary, and included activities will be shared with participants.
